Before you book.

How do I know mine need cleaning?
Water running over the front instead of down the pipe, green or dark streaks on the wall below, plants growing out the top, or a section that's started to droop. If the downpipe trickles when it should be gushing, there's a blockage at the outlet.
How often should they be done?
Once a year for most houses. Twice if you've got trees overhanging or you're near a park. Leave it past two years and you're usually looking at repairs on top of the clean.
Do I need to be home?
Not for a straight clean, as long as we can get to the front and back. Photos and confirmation come through when it's finished either way.
Do you do repairs as well as cleaning?
Yes — clipping a joint back in, resealing a leak, reseating a bracket, replacing a short section. If it genuinely needs a full new run we'll say so rather than patch it and take your money twice.
